eNom offers a range of reseller plans from which customers can choose from. The plans range from $8.50 for the premier plan to $11.50 for the Alternative plan (novice) per year. Unlike a number of other companies eNom also charges a significant setup fees which starts at $195 for the Alternate plan (novice) and goes up to $1595 for the Premier plan.
Customers are also given the option of choosing a number of way to provide their reseller services. If you already have a website which you would like to provide the services from, eNom allows you to integrate the services via provided APIs. They also feature site building tools which can be used to create a new and unique storefront for your business. Customers are also able to use an online account if they wish to have manual control over the processing.
Hosting and Additional Services
eNom provides it resellers with a number of hosting plans and additional services that can be offered to their customers. There are 3 hosting plans that can be offered which range from the personal to the business users. Customers are able to choose from a Linux or Windows based server depending on their needs. PLESK control panel access is provided in all the plans, as are databases, support for programming languages like PHP and installations for features such as blogs (Wordpress) and and E-commerce capabilities.
Email services can also be provided. Customers have the ability of setting up POP email accounts using their own domain names. Up to 10 accounts can be made per pack purchased.
For individuals that want additional security the resellers can also provide SSL certificates vai eNom. eNom is able to provide certificated from Verisign, GeoTrust and SBS.
eNom's resellers do not have to stop the services they offer just at the hosting and security domain. eNom also offers services such as website design and marketing campaigns.
Resellers can help their customer build a new online presence by using the website creator tool for free. Site can be based on pre developed templates depending on the need. Specialized e-commerce templates are available and feature all the tools required to run an online business.
Resellers are able to help their customers increase traffic to their website by providing services such as domain listings and widgets to display rich content such as videos and image galleries. A feature is also available that can transform the clients website to be mobile ready.
Customer Support and Reviews
An online support center is provided which is the same for the resellers and their customers. Customers can find their specific reseller by filling out some of their details or submit a ticket with eNom. A phone number is also provided but there is no online support or chat capability.
A extensive FAQ section is also provided which should be able to provide answers to most of the queries a customer would have.

eNom is a child company of Demand Media. The company features limited information on its website and does not have any customer reviews either. The company is registered with the Better Business Bureau and has a rating of A Plus which bodes well for them.

eNom does provide a range of services that are necessary to anyone looking to be a website reseller however their high setup cost might dissuade companies from signing up for their services.
